No dogs do NOT still bleed after being spayed. This is NOT normal and yes a vet visit is in order. When a dog is spayed all reproductive organs are removed.
****Dogs do NOT have "periods" nor do they "bleed" monthly. An intact dog goes in heat twice yearly although occassionally a dog will go in heat 3 times a year. They only bleed during a portion of theri heat cycle******

This is NOT normal. When dogs are spayed the uterous is completely removed, this is why spayed dogs do not have a risk of uterine cancer like dogs that are not fixed.
So, contrary to the person who said it's her 'period' that is NOT possible. Not only that dogs don't get 'periods', even if she hadn't been spayed. A non spayed dog sometimes has bleeding with a heat cycle. But since your dog has been spayed so she can't go into heat either. So it is not possible that the bleeding is heat cycle related.
She could have a Urinary track infection or perhaps some other urinary issue. But it is not normal for a dog who has been spayed to bleed. Please take her in and get this checked. It could be that or perhaps bleeding for a rectal polyp. Better checked than have something turn into a real problem.

This isn't normal.
I would say she either has:
1. Cystitis (blood in urine - infection)
2. Anal Gland infection
3. Colitis - bleeding form anus
4. If it is from vulva then an infection of the reproductive system left over .
Take to vet as most of these can be cleared up with a course of antibiotics.

Uterine fibroids are usually not dangerous, but can cause immense discomfort and lead to complications like anemia from heavy blood loss. In rare cases, they may cause complications that affect pregnancy.
In cases where there are no symptoms, treatment may not be necessary. However, proper diagnosis and treatment may be required if your symptoms are severe or causing complications. Along with conventional treatment, you can try some natural home remedies. Read here https://tr.im/J24VB

Time to go to the vet. She probably is having a urinary tract infection and needs to be checked out by the vet.
