he's definitely trying to hit on you! and if he never told you how old he was, but asked you how old you were then he obviously knew you're too young for him. older men are kinda nasty, stay away from the creepers!

i do no longer think of there is something extra durable than elevating stepchildren. except they are tiny babies, there is in lots of cases some resentment. on your case, you have not got the binds of marriage to cement that courting alongside with your companion. This must be a private decision, of path, yet i might think of that marriage might provide you legality, to boot as protection, in the courting. particular, you have been incorrect to peek into your stepdaughter's diary. this is her very own spot to sell off her emotions, emotions that would come and go and alter on a daily basis, yet her emotions, regardless of the reality that, that deserve some privateness. What you do now could be go on as in the past, loving her, helping her, letting her be attentive to you're there for her. She surely feels disloyal to her mom for permitting you into her existence, so purpose at being a pal particularly than a alternative.

Sounds like he was flirting and your mom was probably right about him. Moms see things that other people don't see and you should learn to listen to her!
