Every city should be doing exactly what they are doing! They are trying to clean up their city and get rid of criminals - the ILLEGAL immigrants. What's so wrong about that?

Unfortunately, there isn't anything the citizens can do because its left up to their local politicians that are not doing much about. If they did the Feds would step in and make them do even less. They may lose a potential voter.

It would be ok if they wouldnt let so many in and then, only those that are educated and self supporting and didn't get involved in criminal activities. Our gov. is too laxed in doing anything and soon it will be too late. When they run for office they do whatever they can do gain another vote. Now the Mexican are complaining that there aren't getting enough representation and will demand that they get more, whether they qualify enough. It happened with the blacks who got priority in a lot of situations so it will happen to not only the foreigners but the illegal as well.

Illegals should all be deported, at their expense, if involved in illegal activities. Their families should go with them, then maybe the parents might put a little more effort into raising them rather than in having more kids.

Its the 'bleeding hearts' in this country who think its ok but dont look at the long term consequences that it will lead to.
They aren't being realistic and can't face the facts.

I wish I could say that you are correct. I live in Dallas, and our city is swarming with them. Yes they work. However, they also steal and are bringing with them all sorts of illegal drugs. They are loud, they do not speak English, and they use their car horns to contact their compadres. "The Mexican Doorbell." They are for the most part filthy. Their yards are filled with litter. I am sick of not being able to go into a convenience store without being surrounded by them. My son's wife is working on her master's degree, and she has to leave their home early. Last week, she walked outside and one of them was inside my son's truck. He yelled, "Oh ****!"
He then ran off carrying a bag of my son's tools. This happens all of the time.

Nothing, and I support them, but the problem would arise if it caused discrimination against LEGAL immigrants. I wish they could say 'you can't send your kids to the school we have to pay for' for those here illegally. That is what the 'no renting to illegals' bit is really about. That is the part that could be a problem if accidentally applied to someone legally here.

However, we will have to see what the court says.
