I think that the British Army shouldn't be out there with the Americans because the friendly fire from the Americans is more frightening than anything else. I had to face an American bullet a few times.

Despite it's not a question, how long did it take you to realise it's wrong ? Of course it is ! The US and Britain should mind their own business. Have you ever seen a "friendly war" ? Democracy is a false debate. Look at what happens in the US and the UK : crimes everywhere, no social security, lots of homeless, and many more. It's just a shame. Destroying a whole civilisation and killing innocent people (because they're Muslims) to steal oil. Give them weapons and see what'll happen !

OMG so many posts yet so little fact or intelligence in any of them.
for a start it should have been finished off the first time then it would not have been so bad now.
most of you go on about the oil but do any of you realise what was going to happen.
do you realise that saddam was going to hold back oil and screw the oil reserves.
with out oil all of you morons are out of work and sitting on a island that cant defend its self no more.
everything we use and do requires oil
the military for vehiclas and our defense systems
public transport
cars,bikes,trains,planes
heating,cooking,washing,clean water the list is endless
.
so might i surggest before you go on about something that you realise what is at stake. so the yanks cant hit a cows bum with a banjo.. there all out there trying to do a job working long hours and under great pressure.
all these countries are saying its wrong but your all using the FCUKING oil.

British troops have no business in Iraq, they should do what george w bush's dad should have done ...Pull out!! that evil little scrote should have been hoovered out before birth. One day the US is gonna get it's **** kicked by some little underdog. Just like Germany did by Britain. The only difference between Bush and Hitler is the moustache.

Its not the soldiers jobs to deal with the politics.. Its their role to follow orders. If you wanna argue the toss, go into politics not the forces. You cant join up and then want to pick and choose when, where and why you serve
