wait about a week before doing anything. if you still don't like them, then you can put in some darker "highlights" which i believe are often referred to as low-lights i believe. they will help make it a bit darker without getting rid of all your highlights. you can choose a color in between your natural color and the highlights or you can do it as close to your natural color as possible.
you could dye it back to its natural color, but obviously you are bored and do need a change. by adding a 3rd color, you will add dimension to your hair. it is also pretty popular right now and really adds interest. you can put in more or less depending upon how dark you want to go again.
i would suggest going to a professional even though it is rather costly so you don't end up with more of a mess.

Give it a day or a week to let it grow on you. My friend went through the same thing..
If you really hate it, go back and get it changed back to your regular hair colour.

Dye over them. It depends on what color they are though, if it is bright blonde it might be hard. But a couple of times dying over it should do the trick.

dye it back. but get a pro to do it to make sure you don't turn out with orange or brittle hair.

give it a week or so for them to settle down and your hair a break..........if you want to change it then try to use a professional colorist
