Should I make a move?

my best guy friend and i have spent a lot of time together and everytime we watch movies he always sits close to me and doesn't care that i put my head on his shoulder then he puts his head on my head. And when i'm cold he gets me a blanket and when i go to sleep he makes sure that he tucks me and kisses my forehead..

should i make a move next time i see him?

Sure, go ahead. Just be prepared if he doesn't either feel ready to be in a relationship or doesn't see you "in that way".
