How do i talk to this girl?

there's this girl in my PE class, we only meet when we're running on the track. i don't know anything about her, except her name, which is in the back of her shirt. I also got this weird voice (some people say i sound like bruce lee), plus i also got this foreign accent, but me and her are the same race, except she was born here, while i was born in the Philippines (yes, we're both filipinos). pls. help

i'm only 14 and i ain't good at striking a conversation (i'm more of a quiet type guy)

So yeah....he didn't have the courage to ask me out so one day I put him in the situation that he would have to ask me out, so I think you should go and ask her before you are put into a situation where you would regret asking her first.

Don't worry about your accent. Most girls go crazy for it (as my boyfriend did for mine), but it's not about your voice...It's about if you really like this girl or not.

omg really? i'm half filipino! Born in America. Sorry got carried away.. lol. Anyway, Maybe you should go talk to her, I mean you barely know the girl, so you should. Your voice really shouldn't matter. But you should ask her like "What time did you get for running 4 laps?" if you time when you run etc. If you have her in any other classes, you can ask about homework, maybe you should even show off because girls like that.
