Don't we have enough to trouble buying or not buying Paul's claim that Jesus talked to him after Jesus rose from the grave.

Actually, God talks to me a lot by mental telepathy. But, this is the first time I have ever said it publiccly, I don't see using my conversations with God as a way of influencing others. (Most would simply conclude that I was delusional.)

My point is for us to be suspicious of people who justify their actions by saying God told them to do a certain thing. It is like saying that Grampa told me just before he died that he wanted me to inherit his farm and all his money. - Sure, Joan de Arc was a little different but I am sure you get my drift.

If you are very religious , if you have a very active imagination, if you are superstitious, you can hear and see all sorts of things that aren't there.
People carry all kinds of recording apparatuses to record sound. So far any one claiming that God spoke to them have never been able to record the conversation.
It's all in the head.

I think that if God didn't actually talk to her it would not have taken away from the sacrifices that she made for her views. She was an amazing, larger than life woman who deserves all of the praise she gets.
