You are only related by marriage, not by blood. So I wouldn't call it incest.

Were you both consenting adults, in private? If so, then it's nobodies business but yours.
Of course, if either of you were cheating on partners in order to do this, I'd call your behaviour morally questionable. But that's MY moral ethics- which you might not share.

If you are underage, married, attached or you don't love him at all, then it's wrong.
