He just means that it's very dangerous to use the pull-out method, and he can't believe that some people still use it.
So actually, your chances of getting pregnant with pull out method are 30-35%, which if you ask me is still too much.
And no, you will not get a yeast infection, but since pulling out doesn't protect from any STD, you are taking your chances there.
According to statistics, 1 out of every 4 teens that are sexually active get an STD every year. So, that's why you should be extra extra careful. (that's why he said you are playing the russian roulette).

He is calling you an idiot. The "pulling-out method" is no method-- it's a sure way to get pregnant and get STDs. I don't care how much a boy protests, make him wear a condom. Go to Planned Parenthood and get some birth control and condoms (use condoms even though you are on the pill). I put the Planned Parenthood website in the sources. There is an area called "Find a Health Center". Go find a health center and get yourself situated so you won't end up pregnant with herpes. If there isn't one near you then go talk to your school nurse.
And yes, you can get a yeast infection. You should go see a doctor. It's really no big deal, just inconvenient and uncomfortable. While you're at the gyno ask about birth control.

WTF?! Yeast infections have NOTHING to do with sex, it has to do with the amount of yeast becoming imbalanced! That guy is a quack!
With all that being said... it is important to know that semen can be a catalyst for a yeast infection, but again, it has nothing to do with "pulling out." The man's semen, especially if his diet and/or lifestyle is not up to a healthy standard, can cause your body's natural "good yeast" to become imbalanced, allowing the "bad yeast" to take over, thus resulting in a yeast infection.
If you have unprotected sex, then it's best to always get up and pee immediately as this will allow the bulk of the semen to rid your body easily. Even if you have protected sex, the latex can still cause a yeast infection because your internal vaginal area could reject the scent and chemicals within the latex. It's alway a gamble because every woman's body is different.
All in all, the fact that the man in question tried to justify "pulling out" as a culprit to a yeast infection is downright ludicrous!
I wish you the best!

Most yeast infections are caused from not urinating after intercourse,I don.t know why but if I don't get up and go to the bathroom after I have sex with my boyfriend, chances are I will get a yeast infection. It itches and burns your privates and you would know if you had one,The sooner you go pee after the better(you don.t want to go to sleep for 8 hours)And what this man had to say was not bad advice. What this man is saying to you(wrap his tool) is always use a condom.(ride bareback)-no condom. And what he meant by the very least you will get is a yeast infection is that its not an std but its not a comfortable thing to get either.Do check out webmd.com they have answers to every symptom imaginable.

some yeast infection you can get from sex when he finishes inside you and you dont wipe or leave the area moist. not because he is pulling back. You can get it if you clothes is too tight or doesnt leave breathing space or from changing soaps. So go get diagnosed by a doctor because it can be a bacterial infection and if it is yeast keep the area dry and get medicine
