Yes, when I lived in New York I saw Ruddie running down the 8th Ave. with a big King James Bible slapping Jay walkers in the head with it.

Yeah, plenty. He incarcerated all the bad guys. While in jail, the bad guys were easy prey for the Reverend Haggards of the world and converted. As soon as they were released from prison, these bad guys quickly migrated out of the blue state that is New York for more crimson lands.
But seriously... why do so many Christians get "released" from jail?

No. He just found a way to close down all the porn shops, quarter live nude dances and hire tons of police to put all the roaming druggies and homeless people in jail.

Do you know that you can actually walk in agreement with the Bible without even being aware of it yourself? Biblical principles works no matter who applies them.

Do you think Guiliani would've reduced the crime rate if the Bible hasn't given him any idea of what crime is?

You can't change criminal behaviour by hitting them over the head with a Bible. You get their attention with a gun and then give them a Bible in prison so they can meditate on where they went wrong and change their lives. God bless
