A male co-worker that I have a crush on and another attractive female co-worker will be going on a lengthy business trip together. They'll be staying in the same hotel room so as to reduce costs for their client. He's generally flirtatous with women, and I find my self getting jealous very easily, so much so that I've resorted to being cold and mean toward him, which has damaged our friendship. How do I stop feeling this way?

remember how much guys HATE jealously, this will only turn him off big time. Act confident - even if you don't feel it and this will make him wish it were you in that room instead of the other coworker.

Believe that if you were meant to be with him, just trust him and nothing will happen. I know that's hard, at the begining of my actual relationship I was a tad jealous, but now I just trust my bf. Just realize that if it doesn't work out, you can always try again later, but till then a friend is always good to have around

1. take a vacation of your own to get your mind off the subject
2. ask him if you two can start your friendship over again
3. resist the temptation to blackmail/destroy the female co-worker
