I work in a daycare teaching 1 and 2 year olds and I have 10 in my class. So I am always having to get on the floor, stand up, get on the floor, stand up, ect. and not to mention having to lift all of them all the time. And I would say my smallest is about 25 lbs. I just want to know how long you all thought I should work for because I am starting to have a really hard time at work and by the time I get home, I am more than exhausted. I go back to the doctor next Monday but I wanted to hear some other people's opinions first.

I am constantly on my feet running around and carrying things. I do not sit at all during work. I kept saying I was going to work until the end, but now at 36 weeks I am seriously reconsidering. I don't know what exactly happened, but somewhere in the last week, my body started screaming at me to stop. I should probably listen, but I am very stubborn. All I can say is do not be too proud like me quit when your body tells you, trust me you will know. I think what it is going to take for me though, is to not be able to get out of bed. Yes sometimes I am a fool. I will probably stop in two more weeks, of course I said that two weeks ago.
Good luck and take care.

I would say do this as long as you are physically able, and it sounds like you are almost at the point where you won't be able to do it for much longer. I worked up until my due date, but I wasn't doing all of the physical things you are doing. Ask your boss if it would be possible for you to switch to a room with infants that you can hold, or older children who are more independent and you won't be having to get on the floor with them. Good Luck.

I would say probably till you are 35-36 weeks unless you start to dialate early and there is a chance you might deliver early . Usually women deliver between 37-40 weeks so don't work over 36 to be safe .

Well I would speak with your Dr, get his or her opionion. My Dr has always told me you can lift what you are used to lifting. Im 36 weeks pregnant and how can i not pick up my 4 year old?? She weighs 40 lbs and that is just fine. Becuase my body is used to lifting her. Just like how people can still run while pregnant. But it is how you feel and what you feel you should do.

needless to say your wellness constantly comes first. in case you're jeopardizing your's or the toddler's, then get a notice which you will possibly be able to desire to be on easy artwork, or out of artwork. contained with regards to no lifting or easy artwork, then the daycare will might desire to provide you further help. or you in straight forward terms sit down on the floor and do each thing you are able to from there. yet, I might desire to permit you realize, you will cherish each 2d of time mutually with your toddler after the beginning. Any time you deplete b/f the beginning is time lost mutually with your baby afterwards. that's needless to say if the daycare will provide you maternity pass away. My philosophy is to artwork as long as you additionally can as much as the day you pass into exertions. then you certainly've extra maternity pass away time mutually with your new baby. keep in mind, they might't hearth you for being pregnant. and you do substitute into bodily constrained. Do what you are able to. the final element they are going to desire is which you will get harm on the pastime!! Congrats on the toddler!!
