Which ever the other one is probly waiting for the other one to say it first if that makes sense lol

Whomever feels love first....it would be ludicrous to say I love you because of gender. You could make it more general by saying "Gee, I think I'm falling in love with you, boy" or something equally sweet. I've done that in the past with great success. At least if the other party does not feel the same you don't feel like such a fool. Good luck.

There's no rule. Go with whatever works. What's more important is that one person doesn't say it significantly ahead of the other. What I mean is, before Person A says, they should believe that Person B is somewhere near the same feeling. If not, more friction may be induced and both B & A may feel estranged.

it doesn't not matter unless u really know that u both love each other but i think the boy should always b 1st.

I feel that it is up to the guy to express his love toward the woman. Women are the chosen and not the chooser. Women also should not respond so readily, until they have searched their hearts and find that they themselves feel the same way. Keep him guessing for a while.

I think the boy. Reason being, if the girl says it first, it's most likely gonna scare the boy. So, I'd wait until he said it first, that way he won't run scared when I say it back.

I say i love u first sometimes but im very young i don't know wut love is lol. Ur probly older soo idk how u feel about his guy. If he really does love u he will say it 1st. i really think that the boy should say it first but if u wanna there is nothing wrong with that!! Hope it helps bye bye

I think it's more important that you make sure you ARE in love than who says it first. That's what I think.
