Absolutely not ... a black ring is neither bad luck nor a bad omen. It is all about style and what you feel the most comfortable wearing. If you think that a black ring is something that you'll be able to wear with anything, then go for it ... it is personal choice and nothing more.

There really is no such thing as "bad luck" or "omens". That's all in your head. Of course if you think it's bad luck or an omen...then that's probably what you'll find no matter what the outcome is. I say if you like the ring...go for it and to heck with the oogity-boogity junk. And congratulations.

I don't believe in omens or luck any way around it. If you like the ring, go for it. Luck is a stupid superstiion anyways.

Sounds quite unique and I like the idea of the silver lines in it.
No I don't think it is bad luck. After all White is bad luck in some cultures and Western brides usually marry in white!

Congratulations:-)

it actually sounds rather nice, if a little different.............

The ring I got for my husband although gold has some really unique engraving in it and he loves it...........

My 1st thought is more what skin tone do you have as it might look a bit garish on a very pale skin [think goth type here] but might very well suit any darker tone of skin IMO.

Basically a ring is a symbol of your love and commitment and if that's what you would be happy wearing EVERY day then so be it, I would not consider it bad luck at all.

Regards

Be careful with tungsten and titanium rings...If you happen to hurt your hand most hospitals don't have any way to cut them off...I think it is only with titanium though, tungsten can be broken....other than that...you might as well get a ring you are going to wear and enjoy wearing.

The band I bought for my fiance is a black titanium band with two grooves filled with white gold. Sounds much like your ring. My man fell in love with it, so it's his. It's sitting in my safe deposit-box for our wedding next spring!

Black is just a color. It makes women feel slimmer, and it contrasts nicely against pale skintones. I like white people in black and black people in white. It's all about contrast!
