cut a lemon in half and put your elbows in the halves -it will lighten your skin-- it's natural, wont cause a problem

Put sun block on your elbows and then go tan in the sun. When you take the sun block of your elbows...you'll be the same tone all over

sure, I'm Jamaican and lighting skin is a big thing there. I don't know if they sell these cream abroad but i assure you they WORK. Some of these creams are : maxi light, nadinola, G&G, symba and ultra, the list goes on........

Hey, Tyra BAnks mentioned that u can apply vegetable fat on it n put on long socks so as nt to stain ur covers. Keep it over night & in the morning u can see the differnce.

They say it's for your acne marks but you can also use it for your knees and elbows. It works.

just apply lotion in the morning and at night it will cause the darknees to even out with ur skin and stop your skin for looking ashy(i hate tht word lol)

you should try to wash them!!!! yeah try vasaline then scrub them with a washcloth and soap.
