i'm trying to be healthier. I'm 12 years old and i think i eat way too much junk food. I need to know how much of each food group i need to take in each day, along with calories, and amount of exercise i need. Can anyone help?

wow lol younger and younger exercise is becoming more proned to girls and the way they eat here u go don't drink sodas not even diet eat whole grains plenty of fruits and veges and fat free to low fat dairies and whole wheat breads and rices and don't eat candy at lease not sugar added or any thing from fast food restaurants and get plenty of water if u want a snack snack on fruit or a vege
