Sharp Shifting Pains In My Tummy.?

For the past couple of weeks, I have been having occasional sharp shifting pains in my stomach. And when ever I wake up, my stomach is always sore(I sleep on my stomach, mabey I fall asleep on my arm). Why does my stomach hurt?

It culd b lots of things.Probly the wat yur sleeping.But,if it's that bothersome..go on in & get it checked out.*

Go to a doctor, it could be your Appendix if it is kind of of to the side!!! If it is it could be serious =] â¥
