OH MY GOD-I LOVE CHEESE!!! I live in Wisconsin and this is the cheese state! When I was pregnant, I ate like a 1/2 pound a day. I know I'm weird, but I really do love cheese! LOL

I do. The problem, I only like Limburger (very ripe) but it is VERY high in Cholesterol.
The other, very good Cheese I ran across is Alpenzeller ( Swiss), it is very tasty but I cannot find it here in San Diego.
So there, I say Cheese is good for you

I love all cheeses (except the one with the worms in ....)
Not a day goes by when cheese of some kind doesn't pass my lips (except the one with the worms....)
Any kind of mild, medium, strong, hard, soft, cream, blue, white, red, veined, melted, liquid, crumbled, shaved, chunked, sliced, grated, spread, sprinkled, sucked or squeezed....phew!....just NOT with the one with worms!
btw....my favourite is unpasturised, medium strength, Normandy Camembert, served at room temperature to enable the soft centre to ooze, with fresh, crusty French bread and a bottle of Pinot Noir (Blue Burgundy ). Yum!

I do. Cheese is great! I like brie, cheddar, swiss, colby jack, pepperjack, mozzarella, blue chesse, muenster, and some others I can't spell.
