At least one person in the party should be a Baptized Catholic. I am not sure how many other Sacraments they need to have had but, this is part of the reason there is a six month waiting period and classes to attend usually.

Consult with a Catholic priest, but my sister who was Catholic married a non Catholic and her husband did not need to go through the Catholic sacraments in order to wed in the church. A Catholic priest will be able to answer all your questions.

yes but if you are trying to get married through the catholic church and lets say one of you hasnt have communion yet, then the church can help you and give you the classes so you can get married. Happened to my folks, dad just need communion, did it before they got hitched.. talk to your church. also you have to consider that they require to go to some "marriage classes" before you get married.. Depending on the church some require 6 to a year month advance notice..

that sure is a lot of rules to follow.

my nephew was married in a catholic church... the priest asked him what his intentions were... ??? ummmm, to get married to my fiance' was the answer... and the priest asked... are you going to be catholic? ummmm... NO! oh, ok... a deacon can marry you then and I don't have to! is what the priest said

so... if you arent catholic... but your fiance' is... you don't have to 'do all the stuff' they require.... other than they will want you to sign papers saying that all your children are raised catholic (dh was raised catholic... now he is recovering)
