OMG this is so much better then actual baked cheese cake . It taste like it but so much better !!!! If you cannot find grahm crackers or premade cust can you find shor bread cookes ?? Or nilla wafers ? here is the recipe and good luck .

Ingredients
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened*
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 Ready-Crust Pie Crust Keebler® Ready Crust® Shortbread
1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
Directions
1. In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into crust. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until set.
2. Spread pie filling over top. Store in refrigerator.
*NOTE: Soften cream cheese in microwave at high for 15 to 20 seconds.

* 1/4 cup sugar
* 1 (8 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
* 1 chocolate crumb crust (9 inches)
DIRECTIONS
1. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler; stir until smooth. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar. Beat in melted chocolate and whipped topping at low speed. Pour into the crust. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
NOTE:
You can omit (leave out) the chocolate and crust, if you dont have them.

Oh! I hope you have a fridge in your place!!
If you can buy any type of biscuit you will be O.K. You make it into crumbs mix with equal amounts of butter or marg...add and mix in sugar to taste (this depends on the sweetness of the buscuit) and press it into a tin or dish.
You can mix the philly or cream cheese with a lemon jelly disolved in 1/4 of the amount of liquid they say on the pack, lemon zest lemon juice to taste ( that's the best bit, slurping as you go :-) ) and 1/2 pint of canned or fresh cream. pour over the base and leave to set!

There are plenty of recipes for cheese cake which doesn't need baking. You need to be able to find gelatin though.
For the biscuit base, try any sweet crumbly biscuit/cookies. In the UK we use digestives. If you really need cheesecake you could try making biscuits yourself but at that point I might give up.

If you can find cookies and butter you have a crust:
2 cups fine-crushed graham cracker or cookie crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp water (approximately)
mix it and press it into a buttered pan

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated)
1 9" graham cracker crust
PREPARATION:
In medium bowl beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Add lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk and mix until very well combined. Pour into graham cracker crust and chill. 8 servings

if you can't find the graham cracker crumbs try some oreo cookies, take the filling of the cookie and crumble the cookie up.

How about going to the grocery store and buying a NO-BAKE cheesecake they usually include everything you need and you can find them in the same isle as cake mixes...etc...
