i have a friend who is living in texas right now and wants to move with me in toronto. She been outside of the states and when she good here shed need a job and such. What all would she need for paperwork to come legally come to canada, move in with me, and get a job at say a restuarant or somthing. I tried looking at the immigration site but its pretty confusing.

Well depending which country she is from it is going to be really difricult. Right now iligal immagrents are not wanted, so the laws are tougher and the process is a lot longer. Most likly she will need to go back to her country and get that process started.
