Is oscillators are reverse of power supply?

oscillators take dc voltages n produce an A.C without input signal while Power supply convert the A.C signal to DC signal. Do the two circuits work apposite to each other ?

No, they can't be called the reverse or opposite of each other (although I can see the reasoning in your question.)

The oscilaters have many objective.
