im 20, just started a course of amoxicillian anti-biotics....do they increase your hunger or it just me?

No as far as I am aware none of them do, specifically not Amoxicillin.

Antibiotics shouldn't increase hunger, but they do kill much of the "good bacteria" in your gut. A good quality source of probiotics should be taken along with antibiotics and for some time afterward to replenish them.

Depends on you and also the possible side effects, read the information sheet that came with them! Should give you indication of possible side effects.
Hunger also means that your body is healing and getting better, it needs the food to build you back up and help it fight

specific some drugs makes issues worse before you get extra effective, I somewhat have experienced this myself before in the present day wether or no longer that's for UTI or maybe chest infections regardless of the undeniable fact that it does get extra handy, wait and notice you will get extra effective quickly.
