If you smoke enough and develop cancer, I'm sure the pain relievers will make you high but not worth developing Cancer over.
No cigars might give you a slight nicotine lift or you might get light headed from drawing on that stinking stogie, but you won't get high smoking a cigar.

Oh yes!
I have been smoking cigars for 13 years and if you get ahold to a full bodied smoke it can do you in, especially on an empty stomach!
If you are not a seasoned smoker, a mild to medium bodied cigar can do it.
My suggestion, try La Flor Dominicana Chisel. It will kick your azz.
If your really brave have a Cuban Bolivar.

I don't think you can actually get high off of cigars, but you can get a good buzz....espescially with the good ones, like Cubans.

no, you just see little purple monkeys dancing around after you smoke a cigar, but you'll get used to it
