had a ANA test it came back normal. I can't get enough sleep tired all the time. the sun affects my skin. could this still be lupus with a normal ana test? help!

you could be allergic to something and this time of year everyone is really tired.....im not a doctor and I don't know much about lupus, I hope it is not lupus but you should go to the doctor.

I had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Lupus has similar symptoms. This is what helped....no chemicals in the food, water and my environment. Good multi-vitamins, Vitamin C and B-Stress tabs. No eating out for everyplace has a least "natural flavors" in their food....check out the sites for MSG and other names for MSG.

It sounds like lupus. Go to a rheumatologist and get a more detailed work up.
