Like being honest and having consideration and empathetic respect for others.

It's sounds like you have your feet on the ground, where they belong.
Reality, is subjective, however. Many folks are born and raised into so-called 'Reality'.
When they grow up and leave home, they discover (it's often a big shock) that their little cocoon wasn't very real, at least not beyond their home or church or town.
Being honest, kind, and open-minded are great qualities. Don't ever surrender your commitment to these.
What others do is not relevent, and it's really none of your concern. Focus on your own life, and what you are doing -- everyone else will have to take care of themselves.

being honest and considerate and having respect are commendable qualities but they fall in the domain of morals and being a decent human being.
Reality is a little more complex. And saying 'others aren't nice but I am' really isn't very constructive.

Reality, like art, is relative. Your interpretation of reality might not be mine. But, honesty, consideration, empathy & respect are wonderful traits to have. Good for you, I like your reality.

you can beleive what ever you want everyone has different thoughts and ideas about the world just because yours is different does not mean it is wrong.... support your opinions and ideas and people will respect you for that
