For a picture, you will need to have a 360 page and upload a primary photo. Sign in to http://360.yahoo.com/ and follow these steps
~ Click "My Page" at the top of the page.
~Select either "Upload Yahoo! Photos" or "Edit Profile Photos" on the left.
~On the Personal Photos page, click "Browse" to find Yahoo! ~Photos on your computer's hard drive.
~Click "Upload."
~Click "Save" at the bottom of the page.
Then, On your Answers Q&A page, click on Edit My Info and choose 360 avatar from the options :)

Create a 360 profile, and upload a photo. Then set it as your primary, then hit save. That should do it.

You get a 360 account and put it there. It'll appear as an option in your "Edit My Info" screen.
