Ok, you need to start with damage control.
Think about what you're going to say when you get home. Begin with "I'm sorry." Admit you screwed up and that you shouldn't have done what you did. Think about why you were on the sites you were on--were you curious about what was on there? Be ready with exactly what you're going to say. Try to anticipate his questions. Be prepared with answers so you don't say something that will get you into more trouble.
Next, you need to realize that you were doing something wrong, and be willing to take the consequence. Accept responsibility for your actions right at the start, and it'll go better.

Finally, plan ahead for next time. Either avoid those sites entirely--other sites may be more appropriate and fulfill the same need. Or, erase your history whenever you're looking at them. Get in the habit of it, and you won't forget. At the very least, look at those sites less often.
