with this question you need to be more specific. there is dandruff psoriasis and cradle cap.
Dandruff is small flakes, cradle cap is large flakes, and psoriasis is large flakes with hair and often blood. They are all itchy. And all treatable.

Dry scalp will be very itchy with some dry flakes. Dirty scalp will be itchy also but with more of a oily buildup. If there are any flakes they will not be flaky..more musshy and they will be brown not white or clear. I would say to wash the hair 1 or 2 times a week. That way your hair is clean but will not be overly dry

a dirty scalp can have liklent and stuff in it and dandruff most likely is on a dry scalp

i think a dirty scalp u can wash the stuff off and it stays off and a dry scalp stays, but that's just what i think

dry scalp is when u have dry hair and dandruff and dirty scalp is when u have dandruff +lice

dry- itching, maybe some dandruff, use head and shoulders
dirty-greasy, lotsa flakes, just ew- use suave daily clarifing shampoo
