How do I go about requesting a copy of my Panamanian Birth certificate? I am so screwed--My passport is expired and no one will issue me a state ID or License since I also don't have an original birth certificate!!Of course, without a valid state ID or License I can't seem to get my passport renewed! ARGH! I was born in Colon, Panama but it was not a birth abroad to US citizens so I cannot use that form. I have no idea where to go--Please HELP!

Get a copy of your birth certificate in Panama so that you can apply for all the IDs that you need such as the state ID and driver's license.
