Have your doctor do an ultrasound on your breast. Mammograms can't detect much in someone your age. My friend just had a mammogram and it missed a 3cm tumor. Luckily, she had an ultrasound done.
This lump could quite possibly be a cyst. Even if it is breast cancer, have them take the baby c-section when it is healthy enough and then do your treatments. Don't sacrifice your baby for a few weeks earlier treatment. Trust me, they will bring you great joy.
Good Luck and I'll pray for you.

there is hope for you even if it turns out to be cancerous. What you need to do is start taking things one at a time, don't stress too much because stress is really harmful for your baby. First you need to be diagnosed ASAP. There's a chance that if it is cancerous, the hormones your body are producing might be helping it grow, but you need to talk over your options with your attending physician. I have a freind who went through a partial mastectomy whike pregnant and ended up having a healthy baby at 36 weeks of her gestation period and then started agressive chemo. So, please, try and remain calm and follow your doctor's indications.

NO lump should ever be disregarded. You need to see your doctor. The OB/GYN. They will determine whether it is a cyst, or a mass. It could be an inflamed or infected milk duct. They will take care of it, but you do have to be seen ASAP. Please remember to tell them your mother's history. Could it be cancer? Sure. I had 3 sisters. One died 3 years ago from breast cancer, I've had it and one of my other sisters was diagnosed last fall. Yes, go be seen.
Believe me....NOT knowing is terrible.

Relax. It's likely just a cyst. It's common to get a few cysts during your lifetime. They are nothing and could just be due to hormonal changes to your body. Chances are it's a clogged duct as your body and breasts are undergoing changes (lactation) and just don't touch it as it will only make it bigger or sorer. Maybe they can drain it.

Try to relax. The lump could be anything from a swollen milk gland to a benign cyst to a calcification...pregnancy hormonal changes play all these nasty little tricks on our bodies; those hormones also make us all a little emotionally fragile. Please talk to your doctor - I'm sure you're fine!
