Umm, Its probably going to be above freezing by a little bit, highs will probably be in the 50-60s maybe depending on the mood of the weather gods here. You don't need to bring Parkas unless, you think below 60 is cold. Pack accordingly. Minnesota does get cold however, you are going to be in Minnesota at the end of March so it probably won't be below freezing. Now January or February different story.

You'll be fine. If you get the chance, visit Eagle Lake near Battle Lake---home of the only fresh-water coral in the western hemisphere. Plan for ok weather, but remember the three "L"s of dressing for the cold---light, loose and layered. If you're cold, put on another layer. If yer hot, well, mfigger it out yourself...Minnesota is not as scary as you'd think---I lived there for years---enjoy---all the best, Brian

The high for the 23rd is supposed to be around 49 degrees. It should be around that all week. I think its pretty good for March weather. The mall of Americas a lot of fun. Lots of fun bars to go to if your 21 or over. Have Fun!!!!
