I know that the US Congress approved of the time change for March 11th. I was wondering if Canada followed suit. Or will there be a one hour difference of time (in the same time zone) until April?

Well, it depends where in Canada you are, but the change is on par with the US for areas that observe DST.

Areas affected by this change in daylight saving time:
All of the United States except:
Arizona, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa Canada:

Canada and the United States share DST Mexico
The province of Saskatchewan is the largest part of the country that does not observe DST.

Mexico will not be following the new DST 2007 rules

Yes, parts of Canada did follow suite. The province of British Columbia moved its clocks forward last Saturday night to keep the same Pacific Coast Time as the States. I must admit I do like the daylight lasting longer in the day. I am not a morning person so this suites me fine.

sure Canada (quite often) follows daylight hours Saving Time, different than for the province of Saskatchewan. And so the clocks pass back an hour interior the fall which ability sure maximum folk can sleep in one greater hour. Or upward push up once you frequently do and have one greater hour interior the morning for in spite of.

Yes, it did change with us Canadians as well. March 11th the time changed for us too. Alberta and Saskatchewan have the same time zones. They are one hour ahead of BC. Where I live and Yes, the time has changed....

Canada did spring forward, with the exception of Saskatchewan which smartened up years ago and refuses to join this ridiculous and pointless exercise.
