Is that going to be your dinner?
As you are still at school you are still growing. I believe in healthy eating but I don't think you are consuming enough calories.
It is very important to start the day with a good breakfast and a yogurt alone is not enough - breakfast kick starts your metabolism, allowing you to eat more without putting on weight.
If you don't eat enough your body goes into starvation mode which is bad for you.
You should be eating at least 5 to 9 portions of fruit and vegetables a day, along with protein (meat, fish, eggs, milk, cheese, nuts, etc) and some carbohydrates (rice, pasta, bread, potatoes etc)
Ask some questions about healthy eating if you need to know more! No one can advise you properly from this question. What is your age, height and weight?
You can eat anything in moderation - that is small helpings.
In fact six small meals or snacks a day seems to be what is recommended now as it keeps your blood sugar level more stable.
Please be sensible about this or you will end up with an eating disorder.

You are eating relatively healthy foods with the exceptions of the nuggets. Unless you are on a Dr prescribed diet, I would suggest eating something with grains, fruit, maybe something besides yogurt. Look up healthy eating habits...online or in books. Woman cannot live by yogurt alone:)

you are not eating enough,if you dont take better care of yourself you will get very sick.you need maybe a nice salad and a baked chicken breast a dinner roll and a glass of milk.if you want a snack later have some fresh fruit or small popcorn.a yogurt for breakfast is not enough.3 glasses of milk a day (1 with each meal is good 2 percent milk is good and taste good) if you do not eat enough it is bad for your body looking like a bag of bones is not hot!take care of yourself. breakfast could be a bowl of cereal like raisin bran, a piece of fruit, and a small glass of juice. midday snack raisins or grapes or carrots. lunch 4 or 5 chicken nuggets, macaroni and cheese, green beans milk and applesauce.afternoon snack yogurt.supper 2 slices of pizza, salad, milk and later for dessert a small bowl of ice cream.good luck.make sure you get fresh air and exercise you will be great!

Wow, do most women go through this gruesome routine every day?
Noodles are fattening and high in sodium.
Why don't you eat a nice rounded meal of baked chicken/fish veggies and a baked potato.
