corazon = my heart (doesn't quite work in English, but I heard that in a Selena song)
precioso = precious one
guapo = handsome
p*to and p*ndejo are bad words as you may know.

Cariño means love, affection. My husband calls me cariño.
You can also call him amorcito which is a sweet way to say "my love" or you can just say "mi amor" (roll that r).
You could also call him your "prÃncipe azul" which literally means "blue prince" but it's like our Prince Charming.
