Awww you aren't fat! I'm just a year older then you and I weigh 120lbs, and I'm 5'1" too. It is normal to feel fat though, especially when all your friends are like super skinny. I know what that's like.
If you really do want to lose weight, make sure you do it the right way, with lots of exercises, and eating right.
For exercises, I like to run a little ways every once and a while to keep in shape, but just do something that you enjoy, even just going for a walk every day, or maybe trying a new sport.
For food, try eating lots of veggies and fruits. Also make sure you don't over- eat when you're bored or something, I know I do that a lot. Maybe try having little healthy snacks like grapes, an apple, a 100 calorie snack pack thing, or those yummy rice snack cakes (i love them) through out the day, that way you won't feel as hungry. You might finding yourself eating less junk food because of it.
I hope this helps and good luck!

At 5'a million" an customary weight may be a hundred and five (a hundred pounds for 5 ft, and 5 pounds an inch after that), so which you're actually not that lots over that ideal weight, and in no way fat! 9 or ten pounds isn't quite some extra beneficial weight, yet once you desire to lose it, purely decrease out junk foodstuff and sugared sodas, decrease back on snacks, shrink your element sizes, and shop energetic...you ought to trim down stunning away.

Its ok i know a friend and well she is very big for her age...she gets called fat everyday and one day she was sick of it soo she ended up punching the wall, from that she broke her fingers, so dont let people get to you if they call u fat just walk of and act like u dont care because u sound like a very nice person. Maybe to lose wait u should bring a salad sandwich to school and maybe get into a sport like dancing thats what i do and i find my self skinny. good luck i hope it all works out.
P.S i hope those kids that call u fat have something bad happen to them xoxoxox

The healthiest way you should lose weight is by eating right. Since you're 14, your body is still making adjustments. Drink plenty of water, get a good night's rest and exercise regularly. You won't see drastic changes right away.

You are not too fat for life, you are FAR away from dying from obesity prevoked illnesses.
Too answer your question: Get 30 minutes of excercise a day, and make sure to eat healthy. That is all you have to do.

Exercise, exercise, exercise. Don't worry about some fad diet you will never stick with. Eat reasonably and stay away from too much soda and fried stuff. But exercise is the key!
