It is no an word from the irish language it is slang .Langer for example "you langer" you fool, or like you a$$hole. But if you say "i was langered" it means i was fairly drunk. It used to mean penis but has evolved. It also was mainly used in Cork but now its all over the country.

It's a slang word, it's in English, but used a lot in Ireland, especially in Cork.
Hope no-one has called you this, as it means an idiot, a pain in the a-- or generally anyone you dislike.
Being langered means someone was drunk.

I don't htink that's gaelic as such but it's a word the Irish use to describe a drunk. It's an insulting term, bit like p*sshead etc.
