What do i do about Microsoft Word for Mac 2004?

I just bought microsoft word for mac 2004, but I just found out that Microsoft 2008 is coming out soon later this year. What do I do? My 2004 version isnt opened yet, but I'm worried that I'll return it and 2008 will be really expensive. I paid $135 for 2004.

You can either keep it and just buy the Word Upgrade when it comes out. It requires you to have a previous version of the program or bring it back and buy it when it comes out.

it will be around $400. if your not willing to pay that just stick with 2004, its pretty good.
