The birth of children is truly a miracle everytime it happens! And with all the abortions lately (over 3000/day) its almost a wonder that you and I are alive today!
I think the idea of children really is a good illustration of what God goes through with us; he raises us and nurtures us only to watch them rebel against them thinking they know everything in life.
Wow some disrespectful unbelievers chimed in, what a shock!

Yup! Especially since my one child basically died in the hospital and was revived a short time later. The doctors couldn't explain it. But my oldest said "God and Jesus brought him back to us". I didn't believe it until I saw the medical reports: as a newborn, he had went into respiratory failure, he had encephalitis on the brain, fever, high blood pressure. He is almost 4 now and very intelligent.

Children are really good evidence for genetics, and sex.

I'll answer it anyway. No, my son is not evidence that God exists. I love him with all my heart but he is the result of natural processes. He is a collection of chemicals just like I am.
