It means she wants to date you but dosen't want a sexual relationship. you answered your own question (really all i did was copy and paste your question). But if you want to know WHY she doesn't want to have sex, there could be a number of reasons.

well she may not be on that level with YOU! she may be trying to have a real relationship and become your friend before she becomes your lover that would be a compliment .....OR way off the mark and Im not saying this is it but I have a good friend in this situation and the reason she has this request is that she is really a lesbian and her "man" is to make everyone else happy. In your case Im hoping she just sees potential in you and really wants it to work.

Dear, It means she'd like to date you but doesn't want to have sex with you. Just as she said. So she likes you and wants to spend time with you, that you know. Could be she's not attracted to you that way or perhaps she's been hurt and is not ready to take a relationship to that level of intamacy. Ask her.

I don't think that it meanns anything.. Being sexuall active can create a serious impression on a person's life, it could get you attatched to that person and she may not be ready for that, it could also mean that she wants to be sure that you love her and you don't love her for sexually purposes.. It could mean different things. But it doesn't necessary nean that she doesn't love you!

THat means she wants to date you but not have sex...maybe she had a bad experience and needs time to heal. OR she wants to know that you like her instead of just her body.
