video clip on e mail?

i answerd a question about a pool shot and have a video of the shot being made how or can i attach a vid clip to a email im not to slick on this stuff , its a called 8ball off the break shot

if i cant i forgot to tell him to hit full on the row behind the 8 ball row of balls

i know how to do the shot iwant to send a vid.email 2nd ball wont do it luck 1 in20 i mean 6-7 out of 10
