I really want to curl my hair in the same way that the singer mika does. theres a pic of him on this website if you dont know who that is www.metro.co.uk . I think I would have to get a perm. Right now i have wavy hair. I want to know if i should do this, what would i need to do to get ths hair, and how much it would cost?

oh, I have naturally curly hair and I always wanted it straight... so, it's nice to hear that there are some peoplewho actually want it curly:-) the best you can do is get an electric curling iron, it's not expensive and it's easy to use. the best part, you can DIY at home and do any style without getting a perm (that would really ruin your hair)

I couldn't find him on the metro page that you provided. I searched in the yahoo! image search engine and only came up with a page of naked girls and a few motorcycle riders.
A perm costs about 75 dollars here in Oregon. I guess just call around.
