Question about travel voucher.?

I have a northwest travel voucher and it says on there. Void if sold Barterd exchanged for compensation does that mean they would find out you sold it to someone then cancel the voucher. how would they find out.

the voucher itself doesnt have anyones name on it its blank. but can they have it on there computer already because i won the voucher so i dont know.

If it has your name on the voucher , you are the only one that can use it

They have a record of the voucher under your name.
