this is how i do it..(i am from texas)...first, season your meat to your liking....i use Tony's season...chicken season...garlic...lemon pepper...pepper...(sounds weird) but..even use mustard and rub it down put a small amount of butter on top....wrap it in foil and let cook. (oh sprinkle lil sugar on it) It will taste wonderful...mine always do. My brother -n-law has BBQ restaurant....so i got i lil pointers from him!:) Good luck! If you do it this way let me know how it turned out!

We always do a whole pork loin on our smoker......Takes most of the day, but the meat is wonderful!! If you don't have a smoker, then use your crock-pot or even your rotisserie ( I have one of the "George Foreman" ones & it does a great job.) Whichever way you do it, rub all over with your favorite dry rub, cook low & slow, then don't add the sauce til the last hour or so.......

I just put mine in the slow cooker until its done then I put it out on the grill and add the BBQ sauce. I just keep turning it until its crusty. My family loves it! But I would be open to new suggestions myself! lol
