Here's an idea: maybe she's waiting for YOU to call her, while you're waiting for HER to call you. Make the first move, if you really want to get together.
To answer your question, though, I would say about a month, because even if she was busy, she could still make time for you. Also, if she didn't call you by then, I'm assuming she's not planning to anytime soon.
