he lived with me for 6 months and left because of fights
i really love him and i have an anger problem
i know he still cares for me
he states that he thinks we should not do this anymore and he cant keep going through this
he has left several times and came back

Maybe if you went to anger management you might find the root cause of your anger and you could learn how to control your feelings. If you knew you were serious about getting help it might make him want to come back. Life is too short to spend it yelling and screaming!

Sorry bout your problems, The first thing you should do is check yourself to see what the problem is in YOUR life. You can-not be good to someone until you are good to yourself. How would you know how to make someone happy when you don't know how to be happy with yourself? He should have left and you don't realize he might have left to keep from hurting you. Sometimes we have to let things or situations go to see what is going to happen in our lives. You may-be Blessed he's gone. Now use this time to get yourself together. Their is some-one for everyone, But anyone is not for everyone. When you that care of yourself and have fallen in love, and pleased with yourself !!! Love will come.

I don't know you but it sounds like you are not in a very healthy relationship. Maybe you should take this time apart and think about what you really want. Or you can cry and beg him to come back and just get into the same fight next week.

seek an anger management class and take care of yourself. its over between the two of you. move on
