Do you think it is funny when people on the interstate slow down to your speed and get behind you refusing to pass even though you are going 10 miles under speed limit?

Not that its funny...just strange that people are scared to be stopped. Sometimes when I'm driving slow on the highway, I'm looking for a place to stop along the road, maybe running a plate on the computer, and many other distracting things.

No, because I'd pass anyway. Speed LIMIT means speed LIMIT... and I can go up to and match that limit legally.
Then once out of sight of the officer, I would most likely take off again.

could pull them over for holding up traffic because they are going 10 miles under the limit. lol
