Turnabout? If this means roundabout, then there are several types:
- Mini roundabouts, just painted on the road.
- Normal roundabouts, normally with trees, flowers, or an unidentifyable sculpture in the middle.
- Double roundabouts, two roundabouts butted onto each other so the queue for one roundabout is on the other.
- Sliproad roundabouts, which is a section of road over a bridge with a teardrop shaped U-turn area at each end.
- Magic roundabouts, big complicated mess's of multiple roundabouts that people get lost in.

Any of the above can be fitted with traffic lights, to further confuse people.

The safest would be one that you actually know how to use.

A turnabout is the act of turning your car so you are facing the opposite direction. This would be 2-point backing, 2-point front, Y or K-turn, and lastly the U-turn.
