If I remember right to get rid of the program and you know which one it is. Go to the left hand corner where the start button is and then go and click on Control Panel. And that should be where your anti-spyware program is. Sorry, I do not know of a free one. Usually the free ones are the spyware ones, If I remember right, but I could be wrong. Hope this helps.

I've got crapcleaner ,superantispyware , AVG and windowscare on my PC all are free .
search the net just type in free anti virus protection and have a look there.

Why not try this in the computer section instead of the pain and pain management. Unless your computer is in pain.
